I like to think just about anything can be repaired – I’ve had a go at fixing broken hearts and bad haircuts. But food?? Ha ha, this video cracks me up.

We’d love to hear your favourite fixes in the kitchen. How do you correct cooking mistakes when you’re in the middle of a meal and can’t (or don’t want to) throw it out?

When in doubt, I tend to add (vegetarian) worcestershire sauce to dishes that don’t taste quite right to balance out flavours, and my other half uses Sriracha hot sauce to make things taste better. I’ve read mixed reviews about adding potatoes to absorb excess salt but I haven’t tried it.
